A complete set of Double Nines Dominoes made in England in the 1940s/50s.
Made of a black, bakelite-type material the spot depressions are painted white. For those that like spinning the dominoes (a la pub style), the moulded tile has a rivet-like proud circle in the middle of the dividing bar to allow it to do just than - spin - when upside down.
Also enclosed is the original four page rule leaflet, "Empire & Imperial Dominoes. Rules for 7 of the Best Games"
